Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Stephanie attended the University of Alabama where she graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition. After graduation, Stephanie moved to Mobile, AL with dietetics on her mind, but decided to begin working in corporate wellness. He graduated in December of 2017 and began work as a personal trainer. “After graduation I decided to go the personal training route, and my nutrition background was very impactful for my clients,” said Geoffrey. Logan University’s online Master of Science in Sport Science and Rehabilitation (MS-SSR) program combines virtual learning courses with a hands-on internship experience. Nancy Mitchell, MSN, RN is the director of nursing and dean of health science at East Central College (ECC) in Union, Missouri. Nancy attended ECC for her associate degree before earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Central Methodist University and her master’s in nursing from Maryville University.
